Maria Bowden is an active advocate for self-care. She holds a diploma in massage therapy from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and a BA in Psychology from Trinity Western University. Over the course of her education, she has come to understand the connection between the mind and the body and the importance of balance and self-care. Maria loves to work alongside her clients as they discover that balance for themselves.
Maria brings a wide range of experience from dealing with workplace and repetitive use injuries to motor vehicle accidents, prenatal and post-natal care, as well as chronic and acute pain. From her personal life, she also brings a deep understanding of post-surgical and injury rehabilitation.
