BRADEN WILKINS

Braden Wilkins is what you might call a sports junkie, playing rugby, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and more. Along the way, he has experienced his fair share of injuries and setbacks. This is what pushed Braden to pursue a career in the health field, with a focus on hands-on therapy.

Braden completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of the Fraser Valley in Kinesiology. He then continued his education with the RMT program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Recently, he started a Master’s program in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning through Edith Cowan University.

Braden believes that everyone should have the chance to get back to the activities they love, whether it’s a grandparent who wants to play with their grandkids or a professional athlete recovering from an injury.

Braden believes that everyone should have the chance to get back to the activities they love, whether it’s a grandparent who wants to play with their grandkids or a professional athlete recovering from an injury. He will help you along your journey with both education and hands-on practice.
