MASSAGE THERAPY

Tamara is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College and is currently completing her registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). She treats a wide range of conditions but has a particular interest in migraines, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, back pain, overuse injuries, and chronic pain conditions.

Tamara’s approach is holistic and client-centred, focusing on relieving tension, supporting nervous system regulation, and improving posture while addressing the patient’s individual needs. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space.

Tamara brings a strong work ethic, fine motor skills, and a deep appreciation for body mechanics to her practice.

With a background in professional cooking and competitive sports, Tamara brings a strong work ethic, fine motor skills, and a deep appreciation for body mechanics to her practice. Outside of work, Tamara enjoys tabletop RPGs, baking, creating art, attending live music events, and spending time with loved ones.
